Meet Brad Houston

When he returned to his home state of Texas, Mr. Houston served the people of the State of Texas as an Assistant District Attorney and served Travis County as an Assistant County Attorney. Working in the public sector, Mr. Houston developed a passion for fighting for individuals who were injured from crimes and other wrongs.
For the last seventeen years, Mr. Houston has experienced great success and enormous satisfaction representing individuals with claims against insurance companies, trucking companies and state, federal, and local government agencies in a variety of cases, including bicycle injuries and wrongful death. Mr. Houston represents his clients in most cases on a contingent-fee basis and gives free initial consultations.
In addition to other volunteer work and commitments to various charitable organizations, Mr. Houston’s office proudly sponsors the University of Texas Cycling Team, ATC Racing women’s team, 787 Racing, Austin Nationals, Violet Crown, Austin Flyers, Wooley Mammoth, and the Driveway Criterium Series. Mr. Houston is also the founder of Gruppo VOP, an informal training group composed of team members from area racing teams and many non-competitive bicyclists.
