Brad started his career representing large corporations in California. When he returned home to Texas, he served the people of the state as an Assistant District Attorney and the Travis County Assistant County Attorney. While working in the public sector, Brad developed a passion for fighting for individuals who were injured from crimes or other wrongs.
Enter Brad Houston Law. For over 30 years, Brad has found great success and even greater satisfaction in representing individuals with claims against insurance companies and local, state, and federal government agencies. In fact, he’s garnered high 7-figure settlements and a multitude of 6-figure settlements for his clients since beginning his personal injury career.
Brad is an avid cyclist and supports a host of local racing teams, bicycle races, and charitable organizations. He founded the VOP Foundation, which helped underprivileged people in Austin. Brad’s work and commitment to the community earned him the Life Fellow distinction from the Austin Bar Foundation, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Foundation. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is by invitation only to attorneys with extensive jury trial experience.
Brad is one of a very small percentage of lawyers in Texas who have served as both lead attorney in a jury trial and lead appellate lawyer successfully defending the jury verdict.

Before becoming an attorney, Kevin was a professional cyclist, a multiple-time state champion, and a bronze medalist at Collegiate Road National Championships. His athletic background gives him a unique perspective on discipline and perseverance, and his passion for cycling can be seen in the dedication he shows to each one of his clients.
As a partner at Houston Fish Law, Kevin combines his competitive drive and legal expertise to seek justice for his clients. Since joining the firm, Kevin has recovered $10’s of millions in settlements for his clients.
